The manager of the service department was very helpful and friendly. The sale associates were laid back and respectful. I was able to walk around the show room while I waited on my car to get serviced and did not get bothered by them. I'll be coming back to the place next time I need service.
Stay away from Gregory Infinite in Illinois

I wrote a review on 10/29/20 on this site and Dealer Rater, and now I am writing again to show how shady Gregory Infinite is. I brought my car that I purchased from Gregory Infinite in early October, into Woodfield Lexus for an oil change and to have my fuel door replace which is under warranty. Gregory Infinite was supposed to take care of the fuel door. They stated that they brought it into a Lexus dealership nearby and Lexus adjusted the door. Well for the past month, the door kept popping out after locking the car door. A replacement was needed and my warranty covered it.
Woodfield Lexus found that the problems with my vehicle that supposedly Gregory Infinite repaired, are still an issue, that shows the repair wasn't done. Also Gregory Infinite inspection standard is poor.
I found out that the service done by Gregory, which Gregory and I split the cost for, i.e., a brake fluid flush and brake fluid replacement and alignment are the same issues Woodfield Lexus found today. And now I have to pay for the same repair in addition to new rear tires, which Gregory Infinite assure me that the rear tires were in good condition. A month later, I have to replace my tires. The issue wasnt resolved by Gregory Infinite and now I have to spend hundreds of dollars for repair.
I would asks tons of question, have everything in writing, and don't trust the 30 days policy they have. They want to avoid any car switching as much as possible. Also be aware of their poor inspection standard. I had the paperwork of the inspection from Gregory and it looks good. But when I brought the vehicle to Woodfield Lexus, where I have been going to for over a decade, there were many issues and when I brought it back to Gregory, I was transferred to one person to another and was given the same statement that the vehicle went through their inspection and they found no issue. Months later I am paying for those issues.
Save yourself the trouble and go to a more reputable dealership. I thought Gregory Infinite was, but I was wrong and now having to deal with the headache.
I traveled over 500 miles to buy a car...

Thank you for the best car buying experience I've ever had! I traveled from Tennessee to purchase a used G37 and was very concerned about the condition of the vehicle before I came in. I talked with Joey Gesualdo in the Internet Department and also with one of the managers Rich Kopczynski and they assured me that the vehicle was in excellent shape. Once I got to the dealership they had the vehicle pulled inside so I could inspect it and they couldn't have been more right. The whole process went very smoothly and I will consider them in the future when I am looking for my next Infiniti. Great Job!
