Avoid the service department. Dropped my care off for diagnosis regarding ac not blowing cold but otherwise working fine and a few other things. Dealer could not recreate the AC problem according to them and price was too high given the age of the vehicle for the remaining work. So, I paid the $100 plus diagnostic fee and received my car back. When I received my car back and drove back home I noticed the AC blower would not stop blowing even after i switch the unit off. It is permanently stuck on. This was not the case when I arrived. They obviously knew this too since they diagnosed the unit and found no problem ( I have paperwork to prove this). You’d think they’d take a look out of common decency if not a damage claim ( I’m too busy for small claims though.) The hassle of filing a claim isn’t worth it.
I contacted the service manager Patrick and explained the problem. Instead of acknowledging that customers expect to receive their vehicles back in the same operating condition they left it in, and especially after paying the hefty diagnosis fee and receiving a report saying there was no problem they could recreate, Pat took absolutely no interest accountability for my experience and problem calling it a coincidence and only offered to re-diagnose the same system again for another $100 fee. I wouldn't call Pat's tone completely rude or belligerent but his handling of the situation certainly isn't what you would expect from a premium brand or of any company looking to retain clients. Perhaps Pat and Porter do not value clients with older vehicles that like knowing their car was repaired correctly. Why would you buy from a place that is nickeling and diming you while masquerading as premium.
I had noticed the service department experience here had noticeably declined on my last few visits but wanted to give the shop one more shot. I plan to replace my current Infiniti and wanted to see what treatment i could expect for the life of my new next vehicle. I still plan to buy a version of the loaner they gave me on my visit as was my plan. But it will not be from Porter as I had originally planned. I also don't recommend anyone else do so either if you value treatment in the service center. They seem to have declined to the point that simple responsibility and a kind attitude of service to is too much to ask. I'll pass.

Great dealership. It was hard to purchase a car because of the Coronavirus so I had to wait until Infiniti opened back up. I walked in and less than a week I had the car of my dreams. They were patient courteous and supportive.

The entire staff offers an awesome experience from start to finish. Stu is the best. He makes the whole process very smooth and painless. He is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. I have referred all my friends and family to this dealership. Keep up the good work guys!!!
