What can I say.... we bought a 60k BMW. One of the most expensive cars they sell at the dealership. They didn’t know anything about the car, the salesperson Jeffrey, was very nice to us but he didn’t know anything. It was definitely an easy sale since we know what we wanted. I had to take the car to a BMW dealership to be able to know more about it. Then the car had a scratch and I asked if they could take care of that, the salesperson said to not worry and that he was going to call me to be able to bring the car so someone would be able to do a touch up paint. Well, he never reached out so I did. He never got back to me. I also tried to connect the keyless bmw card while I was at the dealership and it gave me an error. Of course they didn’t know what was happening, so I had to call BMW and they actually told me that I needed to send the paperwork of the car being under my name now. The person at the dealership said I would receive the paperwork in 6 days. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received anything. I texted the salesperson who sold the car to me, and he said he was going to talk to someone so they could check the status of my paperwork. Guess what... no one has contacted me still and the salesperson didn’t reply when I asked for a phone number where I should call. Saying this, I don’t care if you’re buying a 10k car or a million dollar car! We should expect the salesperson that will be earning a commission from it, to know about the car they are selling! We should expect to at least hear back from the salesperson or the dealership. We should expect good customer service overall and not this crappy service I received

Salesman Jeffrey Holmes eventually delivered my Infiniti after not showing up the first time it was scheduled. He always had great excuses. Upon delivery I noticed that all the floor mats were missing. He said that floor mats were guaranteed with every Certified vehicle. He promised me that he would have them shipped to me the next day. I even wrote a note on the contract that they were missing, just do be sure there was some sort of proof. Jeffrey called to tell me that he was driving them over to me instead of shipping them. Guess what, he never showed up. He dodged my calls for a week. Then I was able to catch him. He came up with another excuse and said he’d have them shipped. They never came. I called, left messages and texts for weeks. He never called me back. I called and left a message with the GM. He didn’t return my call. There is much more I should explain that makes this place even more shady, but it would be a book. BUYER BEWARE. Seriously, find another dealership to buy your car!

I recomended this place I like it at all because they was nice, friendly, and Helpful. Also the process to buying a car was faster Thanks.
