Yesterday 12/1/23, we bought a 2018 Yukon xl Denali from Infinity of Elk Grove. We had an amazing experience with Jim from the moment he contacted us, after we inquired about the Yukon. He FaceTimed us as we lived 2 hours away so that we could have a complete tour of the vehicle before driving to the dealership. So helpful! He was kind and sincere and honest and so funny with his dad jokes and sense of humor. Not pushy at all! He gave us helpful tips and advice along the way. We honestly felt like family and he made me cry happy tears at the end of our visit because of his thoughtfulness! He is a true gem and we are so happy to have found him during our car shopping experience! David did the paperwork with us and he was also very kind, helpful and funny! They both stayed late to help us process the paperwork and finalize the sale. 10/10 would recommend Jim, David and Infinity of Elk Grove for your car shopping experience!
