Spoke with Scott about a vehicle listed on their web
Spoke with Scott about a vehicle listed on their web site, we agreed to the price listed on the web site and doc fees of about $800.00. They sent me a link and requested a non refundable deposit but no purchase agreement. They finally sent me the purchase agreement and it was 10K more than the agreed price.

I leased my new 2025QX 80 from this dealership because
I leased my new 2025QX 80 from this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. Roger and Tom were great getting this lease done. This was the forth, QX80 I have leased,the first one from. This dealership. My first service was no problem,everything went well and service department did what was needed. To my problem with them. I live 200 miles from this dealership,so it's an overnight trip since I am 80 years old and doing it in one day is too much. When I bought the vehicle I was promised a full size spare should I have a flat tire. I did have a flat on my way back from phoenix. I found out at that time I DO NOT have a full size tire . I had to get the tire fixed at an infiniti dealer to keep my warranty valid,so I took it to Tucson Infiniti to be fixed and then took it home to have someone put it back on. Peoria infiniti has gotten all new people since I bought my vehicle and will not give me the spare tire I was promised. All since the tires are not wearing well,I feel I might need a whole new set of tires. When we talked the sales manager he was rude and not helpful at all. I have to drive back there,200 miles, for them to decide what they will do for me.

I was very impressed with the no haggle approach from this dealership. My daughter bought her first new car today and the team here was honest and attentive to our needs. Our salesman Ramon was kind and helped us get the deal we wanted. Once we made the deal, the finance guy was amazing and approached us with the same no haggle mindset and was very informative. As well as listened to our wants and needs. I would 100% buy from them again. Best experience ever!
