Last October I visited Smith Infinity Service department in Huntsville, AL, seeking an alignment job for my QX56. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite two return trips to address the issues stemming from their initial work, the problem persisted, resulting in the premature wearing out of two sets of tires. Even after expressing my concerns to the management, the offered resolution—a mere $100 discount on new tires, which still amounted to a significant expense—felt inadequate given the inconvenience and safety concerns caused by their subpar service. Overall, my experience with Smith Infinity Service department left me deeply dissatisfied. I would caution others to thoroughly consider their options before entrusting their vehicle to this establishment. The problems they created were finally corrected by Pep Boys on memorial pkwy sw.

The average person in this area are working professional people. The means of being able to get around is very important. Smith Infiniti provides that to you. Other dealership should follow that same process.
