I’m not a new customer to the Infiniti dealership as I had been leasing infinities for many many years. I decided to purchase my lease car and Tiffany guided me through the process effortlessly and made the whole experience very delightful. Tiffany is a very professional sales associate and, I would highly recommend her. Even though our transaction is completed, Tiffany told me that she would always be there for me at the dealership and that I would be able to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. That level of customer service is very much appreciated.

Tiffany and the whole crew are awesome. Tiffany and I have been communicating for a year to make a purchase. I told her to give me some time to work on some things before making a purchase and I will be back to see her. In the meantime, continue to follow up with me. She made sure to call me every so often to see how I was doing and she's here if I have any questions. It was no way I could go anywhere else to make a purchase. Loyalty is everything to me. She put in the work to make sure I was taken care of. Shes good at her job and I can tell it's not just about making a sale with her. She actually cares and she want you to be comfortable with whatever decision you make. I'm very pleased with my purchase!!!! Yayyyyy
