Took over 2 hours for a simple oil change... Did not look overly busy and never said it would take over 2hrs - While convenient to my office, I will rethink going there if it takes so long.

I had to go for a recall on my car, first appointment was only for them to order parts, second appointment I went and they didn’t even have the parts after a month apart from ordering the parts. They didn’t call me to reschedule. Still waiting to get the parts for the recall.
