Definitely would not recommend this dealership.
Definitely would not recommend this dealership. The salesperson who “helped” us was rude to other staff members (calling them idiots) and was rude to us. *Think mansplaining 101*. What’s worse is that they never switched over the registration on the car we traded in, so our state filed an insurance lapse against us, and I had to deal with the DMV and AAA for multiple days to get the issue figured out. The dealership was zero help. And finally, the brand new car (with 9 miles on it) that was sold to us DOES NOT HAVE WORKING HEAT. I just brought it into a local Hyundai dealership to be checked out, and they have no clue what’s wrong with it. I’m not sure why we weren’t made aware of this problem by Superior. Basically, the whole experience here was pretty awful, and the sales team we worked with had no clue what they were doing with out of state buyers.
