UPDATE After my negative reviews were published, the dealer called me and asked what they could do to correct my issues and get a better rating from me. I went through my issues and after a long series of phone calls and emails, they corrected every problem to my satisfaction. I'm raising my rating to four stars. My original review is below. Be prepared to fight for what you want. ORIGINAL REVIEW Seriously negative buying experience. I just purchased a 2023 plugin hybrid. Seattle Hyundai added a $399 "Theft Protection" product to the car. This product is a waste of money according to Consumer Reports. I'm fighting to get that refunded. According to what i read, the dealer isn't allowed to charge for options they add on that I don't want, even if they already did the work. I've also had a lot of trouble with purchasing an extended warranty. I paid $4,000 for one that I thought was from Hyundai. They sent me a contract with one from Zurich, a company with a less-than-wonderful reputation. I'm still trying do something about that. I suggest you look for a more reputable dealter.

After posting some negative reviews because of some terrible service I received here, the GM David called me. David switched me to a new service advisor and got me scheduled for a service appointment, thank you David.

I've written a longer review on google, but I'll try to keep this short and simple. I worked with the "sales" person Anthony and form my very first initial contact email to going there to test drive the 2022 Tucson, I made it VERY clear in writing and conversation, that I am looking for the Tucson Hybrid Limited! Hybrid being the key word here. Anthony acknowledged that the vehicle I'll be test driving is not a hybrid but the only difference is that the hybrid will be a little quieter. After test driving, he checked the next shipment and said there will be one blue colored Limited coming in. So, I put my $2000 deposit down the same day and waited for shipment. The day I arrived, I did all of the paper work and had a weird feeling,... so as Anthony is giving me my new keys to drive home, I straight up asked him "This is a Hybrid, right??" and he said "Yes!"... coming to find out when I got home, ... It is NOT! So he INTENTIONALLY LIED to me about the model they were selling me this entire time!!!! VERY SHADY PEOPLE! When I talked to the Sales Manager, he even tried to make it seem like it's MY fault, b/c I should've known by the price difference that it's not a hybrid.... there were no hybrids on sale on the lot or website... plus the dealership marked up the prices so high for the Hybrids which I found out AFTER I realized I wasn't sold a Hybrid... how was I supposed to know?!
