There the reason car dealerships have a bad rap

Failure to honor the internet price I received on the 4th of July from Mike Rider and Hyundai’s incentive. I was also accused of blackmail in a text by the sales manager, Joe Kinsland.
I had called and explained my poor experience that I had the day before with Mike. I asked Joe if he could give me a good deal on the car because of what happened. In return he asked that I not post my poor experience on social media. Here I am. I was never asked the price Mike had quoted, I just assumed he knew, it’s the same company after all. The best price I was offered was $1,000.00 more than the price I originally received from Mike. He claimed that Mike's price included the discounts. Nowhere on the quote did it mention it included discounts. Hyundai was offering three different pricing options. When I called Mike on the 5th, he confirmed the price and that I could take advantage of the Hyundai incentive. He was going to talk to finance to see which incentive would be better and call me right away. He never called. Three hours later I called him, but he said the car wasn't on the lot anymore, a manager or someone was driving it as their car. I told him I was still interested even if it had extra miles. Again I never heard back from him, so I called Joe on the 6th and was accused of BLACKMAIL! This business lacks integrity, communication, and is just plain rude.

I bought a new Elantra from Ian from this dealership. I have bought many new cars in the past and I really hate the high pressure sales tactics. This was not the case here. Ian took the time to show all the models I wanted to look at and when we found the one we liked there was no pressure to buy at a good price.
Easiest buying ever

This was the easiest buying experience ever! Although it was a really long process. We went in wanting a beautiful Chrysler 300C they had on the lot. We weren't sure we'd get it either considering how much we owed on our van. But they made it work and we walked away with additional warranty, roadside, and Gap for less monthly than we thought we would. Thank you for helping me to get one of my dream cars.
