With a heavy heart

Buyer Beware It bring me a heavy heart to leave such a low review but with the service I have received over the last 6 1/2 months, I feel obligated for the sake of future customers to hear my experience. When I went to revice my 100,000 mile warranty Peter Kim the service manager refused my title and therefore my warranty. I was spun around with miscommunication for 1 1/2 months until they expected my title and warranty. Unfortunately the poor service did not end there. After 5 more months of misdirected communication and open ended answers it took requesting my car to be moved to another dealership for them to finish my car. Upon having my car for over 6 months I was told that my car would be detailed as well.. well they could not follow through with that either. To all future customers I highly recommend shopping else where for your own piece of mind.

Deceiving Dealership Tactic

Recently bought a car from Safford Hyundai of Springfield. Our salesman was David Vel, everything was smooth in the beginning but then after they have earned our trust and respect they were quick to deceive us. Warning Long story ahead. Due to my Covid Vaccination I wasn't feeling well and since they had already earned our trust and was given a decent price on the vehicle I asked if we could expedite the process if i sent in all the forms in advance, i was told that it would. But we still ended up waiting for 4 hours. Terry, the finance person, he seemed like a great person and helped us but since i wasn't feeling well it was my mistake to blindly trust them and just rushed through the paperwork. As soon as we got home i had the urge to look at the paperwork and VIOLA! the base pricing for our vehicle that David sent me was completely different from what Mr. Terry had put on our paperwork. I was definitely furious and I went to the dealership the next day to get a proper explanation because i have tried all kinds of numbers but they just don't add up together. Unfortunately Mr. Terry was not in the office and I had to deal with David and the General Manager at the time named Justin. All i needed was an explanation of why didnt we get the price that David and I agreed upon but here comes Justin saying that I should be happy because I got a better discount overall, which i still didnt fyi, then after making it obvious that we didnt get the best deal GM Justin told me, Do you really think this dealership would advertise to lose money? (This was the biggest disrepect a customer good ever hear) I still debated to at least show me where the disclaimer is on pricing we got from David but he never did because there was one at this point GM Justin rudely ignored me and just started to use his phone and had a very akward silence between Me, Justin, and David. He then proceeded to saying that he will just look at something else but at this point he was just wasting time and I know its already a done deal since it was my mistake for not checking before signing it. Anyways for future buyers to this place just please beware of how they run things. Don't let them fool you with amazing discounts because the GM told me that they wouldn't advertise things that would make them lose money. So you'll definitely not get a winning deal here for sure as long as thats how the top man thinks for this business. Thanks for reading this long post but hopefully it'll save you from doing the same mistake I made.
