I had to wait over (3) hours for essentially an oil
I had to wait over (3) hours for essentially an oil change and tire rotation. There were two software updates that were required....but the main server was down that work was not complete. I don't fault the service tech....but NO ONE communicated with me. Three times I had to go to the service counter to inquire. The customer service rep did tell me it could be 1.5 - 2 hours....and I patiently waited through that time period. After 2 hours I asked for an update the folks at the desk said they would check. 30 minutes later no one had followed up. So I had to ask again....only to be told about the server problem at hour 3.
