December 2021 I purchased a 2022 palisades Limited.The Palisades Limited that I purchased was a lemon the very next day I called back to speak with management and I wanted to return the vehicle and receive a full refund they refused they hung up.I made several attempts to Return the vehicle because of the many issues ,the radiator smelled like something was burning the cabin noise ,electrical console would come on and off and then go completely go black ,the navigation would freeze, the third row was not working properly , The cameras would come on while driving on the highway ,driver-side third row would stick I could not open the drives side door from time to time ,the gas cap would open while driving and sometimes not even lock when the car is turned off,the electrical problems are real,I have since been to a number of Hyundai dealerships requesting that they at least look at my vehicle ,and they in turn said go back to where it was purchased it or they are backlog and I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment for a month or so .The dealership ignored every request that I made they never documented anything it was the worst Experience ever .I would not recommend them to anyone.In July 2022 I finally came across a dealership where their mechanic Actually took a look at the vehicle and acknowledge that there was a problem, they have since replaced The radiator hooray !! But that only solved one issue. I have just listed a few of the things that I have been experiencing with dealerships .are truly saddens me how there is no accountability for how you are treated once you spend the money.I have made complaint after complaint still requesting a complete refund or at least a return of aleast half of the purchase price. No one should have to repair a brand-new vehicle no one should be told they cannot return the vehicle after one day.Everyone that I have come across just about dropped the ball .I’m stuck with a vehicle that will most likely need repair after repair .. Buyer beware ... The Hyundai palisades is a good looking car with lots of gadgets but there’s no accountability when things don’t work they push things under the carpet and act as though everything is fine.
