Wouldn't honor my warranty charges me for a $45 bu

I told them the front and back lights would go off and on when they felt like it. If the front lights were working, the back lights would be out. Or left and right would alternate. For sure some lights would be out. Mechanic just would not help but he charged me $45 for a burnt out bulb. Yeah, ok. The bulb was burnt up but that was not the problem I needed fixed primarily. The wires needed fixing and he refused to give my complaint any consideration. Then when I got the car back the battery was dead! I didn't have any trouble with the battery until they worked on my car.

Took my Genesis in for oil change and to repair the drivers seat. Drivers seat shifts when going in left or right turns, feels like the seat is loose on the rails it rides on. I even gave them the TSB that related to my issue. This was 7-28-18. Was told it would be in a few days and would call. Well weeks went buy and I called and they said the part was never ordered! The parts man assured me he is going to put in the order and would be delivered by the following week. No one called so I called them on 9-7-18 and was told again that the part was not ordered. What the xxxx! Is this a game they play to not cover expensive warranty problems? So this time Jake said he would order the part ($2,000+ chair rail) and provided me an order number. We will see but right now their service/parts department gets a failing grade.
