### Hyundai Review I purchased my Hyundai in 2017 as the original owner, excited to hit the road with just 12 miles on the odometer. However, my experience has been far from what I expected. Shortly after, I faced significant issues: the transmission failed at 40,000 miles, and the turbo failed at 60,000 miles. I repeatedly reported an oil consumption problem, but despite following their process, Hyundai denied my request for a new engine. It’s frustrating to know that the 2016-2017 models are known for their engine problems, yet the company refuses to take responsibility. Their customer service has been disappointing, and the warranty process has been a nightmare. Despite providing all maintenance records, they have been unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. In my opinion, these cars are not built to last beyond 100,000 miles. I would strongly advise against purchasing a Hyundai. Consider alternatives like Honda or Toyota, which have proven to offer better reliability and customer service. My experience has been a lesson in how crucial it is to choose a brand that stands behind its products.

Do not take your vehicle to this service dept!
Do not take your vehicle to this service dept!! They have had my vehicle sence September 24th for what they said was a 10 day fix still dont have my vehicle back and its now December 18th.. went in for a simple transmission and radiator replacement! Ran great when it was taken to them.. now after the have broke motor it was towed to Jeep (mind you I drove it in to shop) said they didnt have tools to put it back together (mind boggling to me how they got it apart without right tools) I would never recommend this service department.
