Absolutely horrible experience. They have a rare Infiniti that I wanted to buy and have shipped to me. They refused to do business with me unless I flew to the dealership to do all the paperwork!! What car dealership refuses a sale that requires little effort to make happen? I’ve sold boats for 25 years and to people from all over the country. I have NEVER met a bunch of backwards liars in my life. This dealership is full of bad reviews online and they are all TRUE!!!

This Stealership wants $6,000 over MSRP for a Santa Cruz. They are not willing to budge on the price. The $6,000 is going straight to the dealership and salesman. They gave us the "Jerry's price" at 8am and when we showed up to purchase the car at 10am they added the $6,000. The sales manager Brian stated that if we didn't like it too bad because someone will pay that price. He also stated that you can take the car to auction and sell it for more then you can new.

Took my car in for repair work. Steering wheel had a pronounced vibration. Service mgr said he knew exactly what it was and told me it would cost about 400 dollars and an hour to fix. I made an appointment for the following Friday. I took it in and, sure enough, it was ready in about 40 minutes. I got the bill and paid it and then saw that the part cost $2.92, but the labor was billed at two and a half hours at the going rate, which was about $150.00/hour or so. I was a little confused, because I just assumed that a much larger part of the cost would be the parts since it was in the steering system and it had only taken 40 minutes to complete the repair. If I had known what the breakdown was going to be in advance, I wouldn't have had the repairs done. I don't understand the mindset of deliberately overcharging your customers for two and a half hours of labor for a job they know is going to take only 40 minutes. I wrote the dealership and also Hyundai Motor Company asking for a refund, but the dealer didn't bother to respond. (They also didn't ask me to review their service department like they usually do after getting work done.) Hyundai just told me to deal with the dealer. Maybe a class-action lawyer or deceptive trade practices lawyer should take a look at their books. Just think how much the dealership makes charging double time and a half for their hourly rates on every job. That means that every hour a mechanic works, the dealership get $374-$400 times every mechanic at the dealership. What a racket. We have bought two cars from this dealership.
