I am posting this review to help future buyers avoid the experience I’ve had with [Dealership Name in City, TX]. At the time of purchase, the dealership promised to repair the cracked windshield, but despite many conversations and follow-ups, the windshield replacement has never been completed. The crack has now spread into three major windshield cracks, each running across the entire glass or down to the bottom. This is a serious safety issue and has made the van unsafe to drive. A safety-related repair that was part of the deal should not be ignored by any dealership. We cannot afford to fix something that the dealership already agreed to handle. My brother has stage 4 colon cancer, and I pay for all his bills and care. Some days we struggle just to eat. Even knowing this, the dealership’s customer service continues to give encouraging promises with no actual results. I was told over the phone that a new windshield had been ordered and that other mechanical issues would be inspected. Each time, I received positive “updates,” but nothing was ever done. The customer experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and disappointing. Buyers should be aware that this dealership has not honored its commitments, has not addressed a safety-critical issue, and has not followed through on repeated assurances. I hope management finally takes responsibility, because this situation has dragged on far too long and has caused unnecessary hardship.

Outstanding dealership puts customer service as a priority. Our salesperson Breanna West was super nice and made our car buying experience very enjoyable. She listened to what we wanted in a small truck and put us in a Santa Cruz which is perfect for us. She explained/ demonstrated all features on the vehicle.
