🚨 Deceptive Bait-and-Switch at Texan Hyundai! My experience with salesman William Cooper (Will) and his manager at Texan Hyundai was shockingly dishonest and a total waste of time. I clearly communicated my requirement for a Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy AWD and a lease budget of $500-$600 per month with zero down (36 months/10K miles, good credit). On November 30th, William and his manager called, promising "huge Black Friday deals" and insisting I come in to lock the deal. They even had me complete a credit application beforehand to save time, knowing I had a severe sinus allergic condition and was driving 40 minutes. After I arrived, they made me wait 30 minutes, only to present insulting, non-negotiable numbers: Down Payment Monthly Lease Payment Zero Down $2,500 (4x my budget) $1,000 Down $2,300 $60,000 Down $400 - $500 This was a blatant bait-and-switch. After giving specific assurances and making me travel while ill, they presented an offer that was nowhere near my stated budget. They didn't even bother to explain the massive discrepancy. I walked out immediately, feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Buyers beware of these deceptive sales tactics.
