Car service second to none
Took advantage of their service department for a recall issue on my car. Reception, service and pickup were Outstanding. Noteworthy was their efforts to contact you when your care is ready. I received a text and phone call. Never had a maintenance shop ANYWHERE to let you know your car is ready.

Ooh La La Super Sale!
So, I buy my first beautiful Toyota Avalon XLE from a nearby Austin dealer on July 21. On August 23 while sitting at a stop light it was severely side-swiped and pronounced "a total loss." Luckily my injuries did not make me a total loss, so I began my online search for another Avalon XLE. As soon as I saw one at this dealership in a color called "Ooh La La Rouge" that literally made me gasp, I called immediately to inquire. That's when Steven and I first spoke to discuss all of the roadblocks between me and my dream car. At one point, I had given up. Then Steven took care of every single hindrance, including driving the car from New Braunfels to Austin, and bringing the paperwork to sign. He has single-handedly destroyed the image of the stereotypical used-car salesman. I may just be driving myself to/from physical therapy for now, but I no longer have the hassle of a car search (ugh).
