Alexander A is what I call him!! He was excellent! Walked me through everything Didn’t promise anything but assured me there was a car for me!! A car salesman sells cars He can not be responsible for your credit or the bank’s approval But Alexander A did Wht he could AND I walked OUT HAPPIER THAN EVER!!! Thankyou for all that you do!! You can’t please everyone YOU DEFINITELY PLEASED ME!!!! Alexander Reese you’re an awesome person Excellent salesman!!!

One of the most unethical experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve looked at a lot of cars since I started driving 16 years ago and have never had someone so blatantly try to swindle me. Doug Cooper- the used sales manager- would not honor the listed price ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. He told his poor car salesman who was put in the middle that the market value had shifted and he could not honor that price even though I had their website on the phone in my hand with the price we saw listed and wanted. So shady. Will do everything I can to blast these sales tactics across the metroplex and report to the BBB. Interesting to note the price has been updated on their website tonight after we left even though we’ve had our eye on that car a couple days. Buyer absolutely beware. Jason, our sales rep, did a fantastic job and provided excellent customer service even though the manager was horrible, rude, and unprofessional.

Bad, bad customer service and overcharged

I bought my car from this place few years ago. Since the beginning they were very pushy and dishonest. I tried to return the car the next day and they forced me to buy it. I new that you have some time to returned if you don't want it. They gave me all kinds of BS and they forced me to keep it against my will. The car started giving me problems since the beginning. The gear shift stick got stuck and couldn't move when my car got parked. I got stended guarantee for $2450 for 10 years or 100000 miles. Well, the first time I was told was a recalled issue and the mechanic was very nice and fixed. Eight months later I got the same issue and I was charged almost 200 dollars. The new administration didn't listen to me and didn't respect the guarantee either and the mechanic who fixed it previously wasn't working anymore. Third time I went for the bad gas pump problem, I found out that they got new administration again, apparently all the previous administrations were stealing, this time I was told that my warranty was expired and it was only for six years or 60000 miles. They were lying so they ended up charging me. I spent a couple of weeks trying to talk to the manager about the issue and I couldn't so I left several messages. I didn't get to talk to him but few months later they sent me a check for the amount I paid. The fourth time I took my car for service of the gear shift getting stuck, I realized that the administration and employees have changed again, this time they didn't even bother to look in the computer to check my insurance, they just told me that wasn't covered under warranty and a charge will apply I asked the manager if she could find out what were the recalls for my vehicle and she told me that the canister was a recall so I agreed to let then take care of the canister. The manager Jessica Tacker told me that they didn't have any canister kit available at the moment so she will call me back to let me know when I could take my car for replacing the canister. She never called me. I called her several times and she never answered the phone. This place is a rip-off.
