Victoria was extremely kind and helpful!! I really appreciate her! Unfortunately they were unable to fix the shock absorbers today because they didn’t have the parts so I will have to go back. They also didn’t have the parts for the recall.

I was dissatisfied with the customer service.
I was dissatisfied with the customer service. I waited for two hours and a half wasted gas and time for her to tell me that my item was not in stock. There were other two that came in about after an hour that I was her and she did everything to get them in and out and I was the last one when I wrapped two hours before they did. Customer number is 854964. I never signed the invoice like she said her name is.Alyssa
