Service rep was very rude.
Service rep was very rude. All I asked him is why it’s tali g so long to do a recall inspection and his response to be was they are working on it and if you want I can just go get your car. And you won’t have to wait anymore. Very rude. His name. Is Josh Maldonado. He needs to improve his customer service skills
