Didn't opt in my mobile phone to get updates; didn't give me multi point inspection report copy, did not fill my tire pressure properly per specified 35 psi, instead filled my tires to 37 psi.

It was straightforward. The car was dropped off. Checked out the same day. I was updated the next day that the part has been ordered. The day after the part was installed and car handed back. Easy.
