Incredible place. Their prices that were listed online were honored in store, no questions asked. Very clean, inviting atmosphere. All of the employees clearly took pride in their jobs, as well as their company. Even as I signed the dotted line, I never felt that I was being forced to buy the car. As a first time buyer, I went in with my mom for general advice. She loved the experience so much that she will be going back soon to purchase her own car.

I posted a full length review of how terrible this place is. I didn't mention how awful their service department is in the Google reviews. They try charging for repairs that aren't needed, and overlook things that actually need to be done.

Horrible Service

I had taken my Mazda CX-5 in to Hiley Mazda Fort Worth TX and left it for the night to have a recall part replaced. When I arrived to pick it up the next morning, I discovered that someone had hit my car in the parking lot. I went in and told my service account person and he said that he needed to get the parts manager to see what parts were needed. The parts manager walked by me without saying a word to me. He began walking around my car looking at it and ask how long the car next to me had been there and I stated that it was ours. He looked over at the front of my wife's car to see if there was any damage on her bumper. When I saw him doing that, I said we didn't hit our own car and his reply was "YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN". I asked him where he got his customer service skills and his response was "where did you get yours" . I have never been treated like that in my life as a customer! I am outraged that Mazda would have someone with such poor customer service skills to work for them especially someone in management! I have purchased my 2020 CX-5 and my wife's 2018 CX-9 from Hiley Mazda and will never purchase another Mazda just because of the customer service. This guy does not need to be in any type of customer service.
