THEY TRIED TO CHARGE A SEPARATE DIAGNOSTIC FEE FOR EVERY SINGLE ITEM THEY INSPECT — NOT A FAIR FLAT RATE, BUT MULTIPLE OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES FOR SIMPLY LOOKING AT ISSUES. IT’S ABSURD, DECEPTIVE, AND SOMETHING I’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. AND DON’T FALL FOR THEIR EXPECTED RESPONSE: “THIS IS STANDARD EVERYWHERE.” THAT’S A COMPLETE LIE. I’VE TAKEN VEHICLES TO COUNTLESS DEALERSHIPS FOR SERVICE WORK, AND NONE OF THEM OPERATE THIS WAY. THIS TACTIC IS NOTHING MORE THAN A THINLY VEILED ATTEMPT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS WHILE HIDING BEHIND A FALSE SENSE OF INDUSTRY “NORMS.” A PROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP OPERATES WITH TRANSPARENCY, INTEGRITY, AND RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS. Bought a Tesla X few months ago, they told me that they
Bought a Tesla X few months ago, they told me that they will help me qualify for the used ev credit. But after several visits to dealership, multiple calls to people incharge of the accounting (Nancy) and finance (Garrett), even after leaving hand written notes dropped off at front desk. All they had to do to help me qualify for the ev credit from IRS is to register the dealership on the IRS portal and put in the car info of the car I bought.I gave them the exact detail from IRS website of how to do it, it would not have taken more than 30 minutes to an hour to do. But I am sorry to say that not only they never replied to my call or emails but were also 100% none cooperative or helpful. I wish I could talk to the owner of the dealership, they says it is a family own business.

Since 1995 owners and brothers Mike and Mark Eckert have been involved in the daily business ongoings at Eckert Hyundai. You might have even received and email from Mark who likes to personally respond to as many internet requests as possible and shake hands with new Hyundai owners.
We believe that workplace temperament translates to our customers so we maintain a positive work environment. Our employees would agree as many of our staff have been with Eckert for over 10 years now!
