Hiley Hyundai

This place damaged my vehicle on a routine maintenance check up. Now I'm in Texas with 105°+ weather with NO AC. They over charged my compressor and since it's a new car and ran off a computer now my compressor thinks something is wrong and wrong turn on. I have a small child in a car seat and now I am out a vehicle because I will not risk my child's safety and put her in it. They stated the ac part is NOT covered under the bumper to bumper warranty and they do not have any available vehicles for me to use. I will never buy from this place again and I would tell anyone who did to go elsewhere for any time of service needs. They will damage your car and pretend not to see it or take responsibility for it. Absolutely Pathetic!

From the moment arriving at the Hiley Hyundai Dealership (Burleson), we were greeted with smiles and courtesy. I noticed the facility had been remodeled since my last vist; super nicely done. The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.

Mr. Attaway Ron was very helpful and polite during our test drive and shopping. He was courteous, especially during the paperwork waiting time and he took time to explain the upcoming services and needs.
