I brought my car in for a state inspection and to ask
I brought my car in for a state inspection and to ask about recall repairs. Matt Lackey in the service department was professional and clearly explained the process. He kept me updated and followed up with all needed information. I look forward to working with this new Hyundai dealership again.

This is the second time since they opened less than a year ago that I've taken my car for service at Group 1 Hyundai of North Austin! The staff is very friendly and professional and my service advisor Matthew Lackey is the best! The work was done in the time frame as promise which meant a lot to me since I chose to wait for it. Their facilities are very clean and have a wonderful waiting area with all the amenities you expect to find at a service facility. Oil/filter/Tire Rotation. Antonio checked me in. He was very nice and efficient. Checked in at 9:45 am took longer than I expected ( didn?t know how many were in front of me).
