We had an outstanding experience with Mike Kivett, both before, during, and after the purchase of our new Outback last Thursday. He was very prompt and informative in our email exchanges before we made the trip to Grayson to see and drive the car we had chosen from your online inventory. Then, when we arrived to test drive the vehicle, he was ready and waiting for us and gave superior service while we were at the dealership. He’s very professional while being extremely personable as well. Since getting home with our new Outback, we’ve had a few questions, and Mike continues to be quick and responsive each time.

We enjoyed working with Elijah. He was not over bearing, as we were comfortable in working with him. I refuse to deal with a salesman--and then be confronted by a 'sales manager' who is going to straighten out all the wrongs for me. Actually, we went there to buy a new Subaru Outback but not ONE salesperson even spoke to us--not even a head nod. My wife walked in front of three salesman, smoking and laughing, and entered the building with no hello. Two more times this would occur. Therefore, I am the proud new owner of a Hyundai Tucson. We will see how it goes--but at least they spoke to us.
