Absolutely the worst experience l've ever had with a
Absolutely the worst experience l've ever had with a service center. Trying to reach anyone— let alone the manager —was a joke. Voicemail full. I brought my car in for simple glass repair and got it back in worse condition. There's now water inside, a musty smell, and a soaked door speaker. Found it sitting on the lot with nothing but a flimsy plastic bag over it, collecting water. They refused to send a proper invoice to my insurance, and after endless runaround, I just gave up and picked up the car. Never again. Not even if it were free.

My experience is with the sevice department. For one repair they kepy my car for 3 months claiming they weren't able to get a part. Then it was because of construction. Then I took it back for a warranty repair. I made an appointment, dropped it off the day before and at the end of the day the repair had not been started. I was told an apointment only meant the would try and get it in. Now they are saying the car will be there another day for the repair. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
