Purchased the car in November 2024 there was scratches on the car that Mason the salesman said they would contact me for an appointment to fix it. It was written in the contract they would fix them. They never contacted me. I called Mason he said he would contact me with a time I could bring it in he didn’t contact me a second time. Then when I brought it in for an oil change I told them about it they said they would have Mason call me he didn’t a third time. Very unreliable never even contacted me for a follow up on the car like most dealerships do. Took it in for a second oil change and they said I was never on the appointment list for that day. Showed them my call log on my phone with the dealerships service number that I called a week prior. They couldn’t fix my horn that I wanted fixed. And they never even reset the oil life on the car after the oil change. I don’t even think they rotated my tires that I wanted done. Just very poor customer service and lack of care from a dealership. After buying a $40000 vehicle. Never again will I recommend or buy again from this dealership.

Had to have an engine replaced under warranty.
Had to have an engine replaced under warranty. Although corporate Hyundai wanted more testing done on the engine before they would approve the replacement, this dealership did provide me a new Hyundai to drive while I waited for the approval. I was in the loaner for 6 weeks at no cost to me. I'd like to thank Bryan, Jim, & Paula for whatever involvement they had in this! Now, have a 2018 with a brand new engine.

The absolute lack of care for their customers is
The absolute lack of care for their customers is atrocious and the fact that they would not even show us the part they quoted was the reason for a failed inspection is shady business. There is absolutely no reason to not show the customer unless you were just hoping to get extra business out of someone. Brian "manager" showed zero empathy for the situation just simply tried to show a "god complex " and what he says goes. Very sad cause I consistently have told people I love and care about to get their cars through them I won't be making that mistake again.
