My interaction with Stacey Miller was absolutely unacceptable. She refused to assist me with a legitimate Nationwide Warranty claim and openly stated that she intended to make the process difficult for me. When I requested contact information for an owner or higher-level manager, she flat-out refused to provide it. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place entirely—do not call them or rely on them for anything.
