I purchased a 2025 sonata hybrid limited.
I purchased a 2025 sonata hybrid limited. I have 527 miles on it and all of the dashboard lights illuminated at once. It cleared up in about 4 seconds. Now when I turn on the engine the engine light and oil lights came on and it would not go into gear. This has happened 5 times. The dealership told me to have it towed in. It's been 5 days and the service manager Greg will not return my calls. When I asked for a loaner they told me that they don't have one for me. So I've been paying for a Uber to back and force to go to work at $75 a day. Horrible service department. I do not recommend #1 Cochran west liberty Avenue Pittsburgh. Stay away from any purchases from them. If they can fix it I will be changing to bowser hyundai for all future services.

I repeat do not buy a car here. This hyundai cars are horrible. They have recalls on thre cars but wont tell the customers that they burn oil and have engine issues and tell the customers they dont know what is wrong.

Awful dealership.
Awful dealership. You can't get an appointment for service. I am driving around with a check engine light and I am still under warranty. They tell me they are short handed and their service is backed up. That tells me everything I need to know. Too many issues with their automobiles. I can't even get a call back. Never will I purchase a vehicle from this dealership. And I will tell everyone I know not to. If you need service you are in trouble!!!!
