It is sad that a customer has to go up to Salem to the Hyundai dealer there to get service. The Hyundai dealership in Eugene is not supportive of customers. They do not return phone call, they are extremely hard to get a hold of, they do not follow up after a sale ...personally. Rude on the phone when you do get them. Not the kind of dealership I personally want to deal with. Sad.
