My experience at Great Lakes Hyundai was extremely Disappointing. I made an appointment to test drive a previously owned 2023Honda Ridgeline. The dealership could not be bothered to have the vehicle detailed or even washed the interior was filled with dog hair and smelled like it . Cracked windshield, cracked taillight. It was insulting to me to think they would expect someone to pay over $33,000 in that condition. And that’s not to mention the salesperson knew l was driving 200 miles to see it. So extremely disappointed.
