Elyria Hyundai and Octavius Leftwich tried to pressure me to sell my fully paid-off 2023 Palisade before even explaining the issues. They claimed $10,000 in damage, refused a proper report, and tried to charge an $800 “diagnosis fee” for work not done. The experience was disrespectful, manipulative, and unprofessional — I will not return.

To be fair I cannot rate the dealership as high as my salesperson. He - Michael Jackson was wonderful and I would rate him 5 stars. I felt I didn’t get a fair price for my vehicle because the dealership said that it would cost $1000 to fix the rear bumper so I agreed. Yet my car was in the lot the next day for $3500 more and of coarse the bumper was not fixed. Also, I had always purchased a new or used car that was detailed. My car was very clean on the inside, but not on the outside.

After meeting with the Sales Consultant, I knew that my next purchase would be my 2021 PALISADE. Kylie Dawson was my Sales Consultant and what a well-educated person on the operational details of this SUV. It didn't end there; the day we picked up our new car, she went through every point on the setup of our new vehicle, even though they were getting ready to close-up. In addition, the finance manager was also accommodating and made us feel like we were the most important person she saw that day. In conclusion, I am stating I would purchase my next vehicles from this dealer.
