Purchased Hyundai Elantra from Voss Hyundai. Vehicle had manufacturer defect of antenna blowing off. Moved to a different state and was unable to bring the vehicle in to have it inspected. Wouldn't allow for pictures or video call of the vehicle for replacement part to be shipped. Dealer attempted to charge $160 for an antenna that costs no more than $15 for Hyundai. Very disappointed in the customer service. Will not shop at Voss Hyundai again and will likely not buy a Hyundai again due to the lack of reliability.

We recently purchased a used Sonata at Voss Hyundai. The overall experience was EXCELLENT! Our salesman Bob Redick was very knowledgeable and helpful with no high pressure as experienced at other dealerships. They held the car we selected for 3 days while we looked at other cars and made our decision. I will happily recommend Voss Hyundai to friends and family.

This was the second Sonata that I purchased from Voss. Everyone in the dealership, from the salesperson to Mark and Mike in the Service area, are great to deal with. If you have any problem they are there to help.
