Was having trouble adjusting tire presuure due to change in temperature. Went to Sams Club (Sawmill Rd) useless!!! Went back to my dealership and Zack and Chong fixed the issue for me

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Took them 5 weeks to diagnose and "fix" an otherwise simple problem (2 hour job). During that time, they don't answer the phone or return calls/ e-mails or texts. At least, that's what they said... the problem that they said they fixed had absolutely nothing to do with the issue the car was brought in for, so they are either incompetent or liars. The entire service department is a mess. Take your car ANYWHERE else but here for service.
