If I could leave 0 stars I would. Just another shady dealer and shady salesman. Talked to a salesman over several days. Told me the vehicle had one scratch and showed me. Drove 7.5 hours to find the car riddled with scratches and blemishes, some deep enough that would need to filled and sanded. All four rims were terribly curb rashed, one was even bent. One fender had been poorly repainted None of these blemishes are visible online either. They are very good with camera angles to hide issues with the cars. Smelled of cigarette smoke inside. Salesman also conveniently left just before we got there, leaving some young guy who had no idea what was going on to take the heat the original salesmane obviously knew was coming. Expressed my disgust with the guy they stuck me with. Original salesman never followed up, no surprise. What a long drive and huge disappointment, I would avoid all together.

Thanks for the input. That salesperson has since been terminated. Our goal is to be upfront as much as possible. There is no excuse for the lack of attention to detail. We will correct and get better from it. Good luck in your search.

So initially I never inquired with this dealership but got a random call about my inquiry for a different location in Fairfield. The car I inquired about wasn’t in their inventory and at the other lot. The salesperson and I agreed on numbers and he was insistent that they’d get the vehicle shipped to them so they could sell it. They did offer a better deal and weren’t slimy about it like Fairfield was. But, from the jump I told him since you’re all under the same umbrella we couldn’t get a deal done. He said oh, I don’t care about them we are different and we will. After a day of going back and forth he tells me his manager can’t get the car. What the xxxx? I’ve learned with the only 2 experiences with Jeff Wyler locations that they suck. They will waste your time and state they will give you a deal or make something happen to make themselves look incompetent. Don’t go here or any Jeff Wyler location.

This place is a xxxx show.... Please please if you care about your loved one don't let them buy from here. A true Nightmare.. my girlfriend who's a first time buyer bought a Hyundai Kona from here. They talked her into a crazy loan and also stated she made almost double what she actually does and that she's a home owner and has been at her job two and half yrs.. ALL FALSE!!! For a car that list for 19k her loan was for over 29k. At 20% interest. She makes 14.50 a hr. We've talked to three different managers one who even called her and my mother up raging over the bad review I left on Google. We've talked to a lawyer they said we have a good case. Charged her 2k for a certification she didn't want. They said that's what the certification cost them B.S. on a 2023 Hyundai Kona with 26k on the milage.. all they did was change the oil and check the fluids. We've asked for a list of what they did several times and still have not seen it. So when we got home from picking it up I noticed a bulge in the sidewall.. was told by local tire shop it's a tire manufacturer defect.. we asked if they would replace the tire. They said yes. On the day of the appointment they said no tires are wear and tear. Which I know that, but I figured since they charged her 2k for a oil change they would replace it.. guess not.. now the check engine light it on and they said they would fix it.. well I know what that means.. code reset.. they refuse to help her out and are now going to destroy her credit cause she can't afford this car.. there are several other reviews just like this about fraud and mis pricing on here and numerous other sites.. please go read them trust me you will be the nexted victim if your purchase from here.. one more thing nexted time you guys wanna call some one up and chew them out over a review you can call me directly. Here are the last four digits of my number the first three are the same as my girlfriends so you should be able to figure it out. 0862
