Bought a car in October 2024 whose transmission died last
Bought a car in October 2024 whose transmission died last night. Was told by sales manager that it's not their responsibility to know about the quality or recalls or class action settlements that apply to the cars they sell. I regret every stopping here and will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Gina, we can offer a discounted repair option for you since you didn't opt for a warranty in October 24. We certainly would like to assist you. We do a NCSI on all of our used vehicles prior to offering them for sale and the 2017 Nissan Rogue with 109k miles that you purchased did pass. Lists vehicles with price mistakes showing under $1000 when the vehicles are tens of thousands of dollars just to get views and calls. Pretty deceptive practice
