Overall great experience! Easy process. Real nice salesperson and General sales manager. They made the whole process easy and were especially nice throughout. This is my second vehicle from them and will visit there again at some point.

This is our 2nd purchase from Lake Norman Hyundai. In November of 2025 we purchased a Tucson Limited Hybrid, a very nice easy transaction, got a good price for our trade in (2025 Mazda MX-30), and the sales staff was excellent, no hassle experience. This year (2026) we decided the Tucson wasn't exactly what we wanted. and went back to LKN Hyundai and traded the Tucson in for a 2025 Sonora Limited Hybrid. Again, excellent customer service, got a high trade in value for the Tucson and the transaction was seamless and simple. Outstanding dealership, strongly recommended.
