Disabled SSDI customer (800+ credit).
Disabled SSDI customer (800+ credit). Salesman refused to give me an out-the-door price unless I handed over my physical credit card first โas good faith.โ Quoted an illegal $695 documentation fee (New York law caps it at $175). Ignored my disability, SSDI award letter, and repeated statements that I cannot wait hours or use public transit due to severe disability. Only after I walked out in extreme physical distress did he call and suddenly offer to remove the illegal fee. Complaints already filed with Hyundai corporate, U.S. Department of Justice (ADA), New York Attorney General, NY DMV, FTC, and BBB. Avoid South Shore Hyundai at all costs.

I just want to say thanks to Isiah Washington the manager of South Shore Hyundai for being a great and very helpful person, he always goes above and beyond to keep the clients coming back. Customer Service is excellent and I am very thankful to have someone like him managing, because he cares about the customers. He never let you leave dissatisfied. Kudos to Isiah and his wonderful staffs. A very satisfied customer ๐
