New car 2023 needs a new transmission island hyund
Leased car from Staten Island Hyundai. 2023 Santa Fe. I put only 5000 Miles on it and it needs a new Transmission! On top of that they left me stranded with NO loaner car. I’m a slave to public transportation now.

Gave me wrong appt, next yr appt ,waited 5 hours for repairs, gave me anti corrosion additive which I did not ask for ,also people were coming and leaving before me

Horrible Custer service in the Service department
I needed a print out of my oil changes. I called and told them I can swing by the lady in service said she’s trying to get out of there so to call on a weekday. Obviously a week day is hard because we work during the week.
