The process of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership
The process of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership was the most chaotic and unpleasant experience I have ever had in my history of purchasing cars. Their failure to be thorough in the buying process was unreal and their failure in ironing out any potential issues before the sale caused a massive delay in their processing of my registration of over 2 months. They then blamed ME for this which is my motivation for wanting to review this sale at all. The vehicle is nice but the representatives I worked withmade it extremely stressful. In a last effort to try to get my vehicle registered , I called the dealership asking for any possible help as I’m now driving around in an unregistered car. Jessica was incredibly rude, BLAMED ME for switching my insurance provider to a cheaper company 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle (perfectly normal thing for a person to do) when it was their neglect in processing that was the actual problem. My issue is still not resolved.

We went in to look for a safe and reliable car for our daughter who was purchasing her first car. Mark was fast to go over all safety features of the vehicle she was considering. He was thorough yet efficient. We went over everything and were able to have the car the same afternoon. Very pleasant experience overall and no pressure.
