I brought my 2018 Hyundai Tucson to Garvey in Plattsburgh because it was making a noise in the back sounded like a wheel bearing. They said they drove the car which that was a lie because I took a picture of this mileage when I parked it and it had the same mileage when I picked it up. They said that the brakes and rotors are bad how can you tell when you never took the tires off. I know they didn’t because the tires were seized on. They also said the tires were bad there is nothing wrong with the tires at all. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. It’s sad because I never had a problem with them until now.

Service advisors have a great mgr who focuses on the customer and the techs care about your vehicle. Sales dept may sell you a vehicle but the way you are treated in service is what truly brings you back model after model. Great team focused on their customers and repeat sales ! Everyone takes time to listen no matter the topic ! Can't wait for construction to start for the additional services like body shop, additional service bays, and facelift for sales staff.
