Disappointment with new car appointments

We recently went to 112 Mazda to lease a CX-30 premium... Our salesman, Joe Caggiano was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as necessary to help us make our choice. If this review was only about Joe and the dealership my rating would be five stars. I had to lower this because of disappointment over the appointments in this vehicle. The car does have many important features but is missing several more. For example it does not have auto dimming rear view mirror or home link (usually incorporated into the mirror). I have not seen a “premium” car without this feature since the 1980’s. It is also missing what they call “front and rear parking assist” which is important to tell how close you are to obstacles. The last missing item is fog lights. I was shocked when I found out that these things were not included. I do admit that I did not look for these things before purchasing but still find it strange that these things are missing. Again, I highly recommend the dealership and Joe Caggiano but I suggest that you make a complete list of what is important to you and check before buying.

New Car

Had an issue at another dealership so we went to 112 Chevy to see if they can offer us anything better. Sales representative was average nothing to brag about he really didn't seem to care if he sold the car or not. When you go in be prepared for people to walk around with no mask and not care about Covid rules. Once we did pick out our car there was an issue and Bob the manager came over and assisted he was wonderful, he took pride in his job and was reasonable about our concern. He made sure to get the issue fixed and rectified. Thank you Bob for your help.
