Scratch in the windshield

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Enlantra, from them. I noticed a mark on the windshield, thinking it was bird droppings. After buying the car, had a detailer look at the mark and was told it wasn't bird droppings, but a scratch made from windshield wiper, when it fell off the bar. Told the manager what had happened, and brought in so he could look at the mark. He saw it from the outside and the inside. He said it would be worth it to him to replace the windshield, too much money, and try Safe-lite. They couldn't fix it. I called the salesman and he gave the manager to both of the dealerships the have. He said he that I would have to buy a new windshield and it would cost $220. I find this wrong, you buy a car from a dealership and expect no problems and they want additional money to fix the problem that should have never happened in the first place, I am also a first responder and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. If the windshield was to be replaced would change to a higher mark.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE!!

I was given free oil changes and car washes for a year following my purchase of a preowned car. The experience was terrible! Oil changes took an average of 2 1/2 hours, they broke my wiper blade and scratched my windshield during a "free" car wash, and then ripped me off when the billed me for rear brakes. I disputed the overcharge, and they had the nerve to challenge the dispute. I will NEVER do business with them again, and STRONGLY URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME!

First time in a long time going and looking to get a new car, Best Car experience I've ever had. From looking to test drive to the finance dept. Unbelieveable service, great staff. Barry, is the guy to see if you are either looking to lease or buy. He fulfilled everything that I wanted in my next car... I will never go anywhere else for a car. Thank you Barry, Michael and Tom.. You guys rock!
