My 2013 Hyundai Sonata blew an engine - turns out it was under warranty recall for the problem I had - and they replaced the engine at no charge. Farooq - one of the service managers at Plaza Hyundai took care of my situation, and I was 100% satisfied with the way he handled it and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Thank you Farooq!

I called the dealership and explained the manager (Manny)

I called the dealership and explained the manager (Manny) my requirements from the car. He advised me that he has the car and it's ready for me. I drive all the way from Queens to Brooklyn. I meant Manny and he introduced me to the sales person. I explained her again what my requirements. Manny and pointed to the car that I am going to get. The rook out about 5 cars from the show room. In I had a test drive with the car and the sales person and she explained me about the features of the car. I negotiated the monthly payment for the car and we agreed on the price. They advised that they are going to run a soft credit on me. I asked then again if it's a soft or hard query and Manny and the sales person assured me that it a soft credit. After this process I went outside to get pictures of the car and the vin number. Manny approached me and ask me why I am taking pictures of the. I told him that I want to make sure that I am getting the correct car upon delivery. Suddenly, he told me that this is not the car I will get iwas confused. He said that that I am getting a car with less features. I was in shock and disbelief. I ask him why he is doing that to me. Why he tricked me with the sof,/hard credit query and the model of the car. No specific answer. He kept proving false information and blamed the sales person. I request to get my file and they refused. Then someone came to my help and gave me my file and I left the place. They provide falsy information and manipulate it to customers.

I would give 0 if that were the option I purchased 4 new tires(cheated by them as they wouldn't honor their own quoted rate). The tire light was on when my car was handed to me I was told it was the weather. It's June the tire light is still on. I went back they said if my tire is going flat it is my fault because I have screw. I have no screw I purchased a genesis, santa fe, sonata, tuscan, 2 elantras from them and I serviced my cars there. I will not buy another car there or even get an oil change there ever again
