they told me the two cars i was interested in were in stock ,NOT i also i was told the car had 1 mile on it NOT it had 206 they try to sell you anything to make a sale.you been warned

Slimey Place

This is a slimey place. My husband bought his car here and it has been nothing but huge, expensive problems somehow not ever covered under the warranty that he pays for monthly. Service people and salespeople are dishonest and will take you for all you are worth. If you take your car here for service, don't expect an update or a call on progress unless you bother them repeatedly. Expect to spend all of your money on repairs if you purchase from here. STAY AWAY!

Experience with Healey Hyundai

I inquired about a specific Hyundai Palisade SEL that was posted on the Healey website. "Monica" assured me that the vehicle was in stock at their Beacon, NY location. She even emailed a window sticker with the VIN number and all the options. I noticed that the window sticker had the name and address of a different dealership in Connecticut. I asked her why it had a different dealership's name on the sticker. She said that it didn't. I took a screenshot and emailed it to her. She said she would check with her team and get back to me. She emailed about 15 minutes later stating that the car in fact was at the dealership in Beacon, NY. and not to worry. I explained that I live about an hour away from Healey Hyundai in Beacon. She scheduled an appointment for me to see it the next morning at 9:30am. I drove an hour over to see the car the next day. Monica told me she would be there to meet me. When I arrived at the desk, I read the email instructions to the rep. "Ed" walks over to greet me and laughs and tells me that he is Monica. Ed sits me down and chats with me for a half hour while he is looking on his computer for the 2020 Hyundai Palisade SEL that I had specifically inquired about. All to find out that car is not in stock even though I was reassured that it was the previous evening. I expressed my complete amazement of the lack of truthfulness. He did not apologize at all. You be the judge of the tactics used by this dealership. Look elsewhere.
