Iggi was amazing.
Iggi was amazing. He made entire day easy, smooth, and stress free. It was the second time we worked with him because we appreciated his kindness and warmth. He is incredibly personable, helpful, and incredibly patient. Can't recommend him enough! We go to Paramas Hyundai because of Iggi!

Unless your vehicle is still covered under warranty, I strongly suggest taking it to a trustworthy independent mechanic instead. My experience with Hyundai Service in Paramus has been extremely disappointing — I found their service practices to be unhelpful and lacking transparency. The sales manager, in particular, was unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering brands like Honda or Toyota, which tend to offer more reliable vehicles and better customer service.
