After reviewing the price of the 2024 Hyundai Tuscon that I purchased last Saturday August 10 and being unfamiliar with its features, I decided to trade the car for a pre-owned 2021 Hyundai Tuscon since there was no prohibition in my contract. I arrived at Burns Hyundai on Tuesday August 13 and requested to trade the 2024 for the 2021. Talal Zahid and Mike refused to honor my request. The longer my request is denied, the more dissatisfied and disappointed I am of Burns Hyundai.

Do not buy anything from the used lot!

Do not buy anything from the used lot! I bought a 2015 Audi from them that has oil burning issues. Every 125 miles I have to add oil and now I am getting the run around on getting it fixed. Audi does not want to fix it because it's a 8,000 job. I am trying to get out of this car some way some how. BEWARE the sales guy was nice because he wants a sell.
