Don't waste your time.
Don't waste your time. The prices online are fake just to get you in the door. I went to Lynnes Hyundai yesterday to see a used 2024 Hyundai Palisade that I seen online. Price is currently listed at $37,727. Upon arrival I test drove a couple of Hyundai Palisades and went to their Belmont lot to see some others with their salesman Asad (Very professional young man who is new to the business). On the way back, the car broke down because it ran out of gas. That should have been my sign to leave since they are too cheap to put gas in their test drive cars. Got picked up by an employee and went to discuss pricing on the 2024. Of course I expected that the price listed online didn't include dealer fees, taxes, etc. Price they gave me all in was $49,180.18..... That's $11,453.18 OVER the online price. Manager who looks EXACTLY like the used car salesmen you see in the movies came over and told me the car is Hyundai "certified" and what is that worth to me. Told him I'd take the car for 41k and he proceeded to attempt to get me to negotiate against myself rather than countering my offer. At this point I realized this was going nowhere as the manager is one of those sales guys that thinks he can "sell water to a fish". So I thanked the salesman and manager and left. "Movie manager" blew up the deal in a matter of minutes. Salesman Asad should look to find a new dealership to work at because he's going to have a hard time selling cars with "movie manager" blowing up his sales. Absolute WASTE OF TIME!

Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest Pricing, No
Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest Pricing, No Communication, and Empty Apologies Since I live over three hours away, I called ahead before 2 PM hoping to finalize a purchase. I had been in contact with a salesperson named Jerald the day before, but despite multiple texts, I never received a reply. I followed up again the next morning—still no response. Undeterred, I called the dealership directly and was initially greeted by a kind and helpful woman named Anna. She provided what seemed like a fair out-the-door (OTD) price over the phone. I asked for the breakdown in writing so I could review it before making the trip—she agreed, but never sent it. As my 2 PM deadline approached, I called again. I was transferred three times before speaking with a different salesperson who quoted me a price over $6,000 more than the listing. When I asked for a breakdown of fees or any justification, the communication shut down completely. No follow-through. No paperwork. Just silence. I left a review expressing my concerns. To their credit, I received a public reply from James Morando, the General Sales Manager, inviting me to reach out directly. So I did. I called the number provided and, as expected, it led to the main line—not to James. After more holds and transfers, I was eventually connected with another staff member (not James), who politely told me James would be “in touch soon.” That was at 9:00 AM. I have not heard a word since. It’s clear that response was only meant to save face. This dealership’s pattern is now obvious: • Inflated OTD pricing with no explanation • No written confirmation when requested • Repeated broken promises and deflections • A manager who won’t speak to the customer even after publicly inviting them to call At this point, I’m done. I wanted to believe they were different. They’re not. Summary: • No follow-through, even when I was ready to buy • Massive price jump with no justification • No transparency or willingness to communicate • 3.1-star rating that seems well-earned Final Note: This review will also be shared across Google, Yelp, DealerRater, and other major platforms to ensure future customers are aware. Shady pricing and silence are not acceptable business practices.

Service department sucks.
Service department sucks. They crossed thread in my oil plug had to keep adding oil until I arrived home because the engine oil light went on. Then. kept hearing a noise on the front end and they said they could not find anything wrong. Go to find out suspension bracket was damaged. They deny anything and it’s not covered probably the same guy who crossed thread at the plug put it on the lift and broke the brack. Keep denying refused 1400 to fix it. Hyundai corporate and Lynn‘s both suck will never deal with them again sister‘s boyfriend has over 1 million followers that will be a bad review posted.
