Bought a car on August 16, 2025 from Brandon at the Lebanon dealership. While filling out the paperwork we were told there was a McGee charge which was not negotiable. It would have been nice to know that before we were shown the sales contract. We were also sold a $4,000 service contract for 6 years/72,000 miles. We were assured repeatedly by Jeff Skoglund, the finance manager that we could cancel at anytime and they would return our money. If before 30 days a full refund if no claim was filed and then a prorated amount if we cancelled after 30 days of purchase less any claim filed. WELL. The contract says I can cancel with the dealership or with the vehicle service contract company. On Sept 8th I emailed Brandon with a copy to Jeff with our written cancellation and followed up with certified letters to both. Multiple (at least 10) phone calls which have not been returned. All calls to Brandon or Jeff went to a mysterious voice mail. I called on Oct 22 2025 and talked to Erica who put me on hold to transfer me to the sales manager. She said he was not answering but that she has just sent him a note to call me. NO CALL AS OF TODAY 10/24/25. Well per the service contract if not refunded with in 45 days of cancellation request an additional 10% per month ($400.00) is owed to us. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!! They don't have the common decency to return a call or keep their word. I guess I will have to drive the 2-1/2 hours to get my money. Oh and they would not let us register our own car, which Kim the title clerk screwed up. AND they whiteouted dates on paperwork we signed. Found out when, by mistake, the originals were sent with the corrected registration check to our city hall.
